The goal is not to convert donors. The goal is to disciple people in generosity.

Primary objective — Help givers understand the biblical principles of generosity and identify a clear next step.
Secondary objective — Create a natural, low-pressure opportunity for people to become Partners through intentional, recurring generosity.
Tone — Pastoral, grateful, simple, encouraging, inspiring, and never transactional.
The goal: get people onto the right Clearstream list automatically, so the Monday routine shrinks from "do the whole thing by hand" to "handle the exceptions."
Subsplash's Zapier app offers triggers only, and the only giving triggers are New Donation and New Pledge. There is no "recurring plan created" trigger. So the bridge fires on individual gifts, not on the event we actually care about, and every design decision below is downstream of that.
Subsplash's Zapier app is private and requires API access — you have to ask your Client Success Manager for it before anything here can be built. That's step zero and it may take a week.
Clearstream's side is well-supplied. Its Zapier actions include Create/Update Subscriber (which sets name, email, list, and tag in one step), Add Tag to Subscriber, Remove Subscriber From List, and Add Subscriber to Automated Workflow.
